My daughter Kim and her family are moving into their new home today and I am helping them. Being an old geezer, by the end of the day I will hardly be able to blink let alone type a blog.

So here, for your viewing and listening pleasure, is a clip on how a mobile phone salesman, who was bullied all his life, lacked confidence, always felt unworthy and yet had one place of escape in his life - his voice.

Paul had a room he would go to when he was feeling sad or rejected and his voice became his place of comfort. For many today, it is destructive behaviour that they turn to but for Paul, it was singing opera.

He filled in an online application for the 'Britian's Got Talent Show' and flipped a coin to see if he would press the send button. One Chance!
